Summary: No pool available, no breakfast when both pool and breakfast were advertised. Bathtub was VERY SLIPPERY. Wife and I both nearly fell in tub. Roaches found in room as well. Only one cheap chair to sit on in room.

Summary: The rooms were very shabby and need repairs. First room I was assigned was very bad with toilet seats on floor. Dresser drawer in 2nd room was broken and laying on the floor. No bedside lamp. No extra toilet paper as there is no place to store it. Had to ask for extra hangers as only a couple in the room. Manager was very cooperative but that did not change the condition of the rooms as I had rented 2 and both were about the same.

Summary: Check-in was awkward--outside through a window with freeway traffic making it hard to hear. If I didn't have a reservation I don't know if I could have asked about a room and heard answers. The room was nice and mostly clean. But some things were missing -- no chair for the desk, no cups for the coffee machine, and no remote for the tv. The bed was too hard for my wife. The hot tub worked great.
